Cross Stitch Pattern (full coverage) – Reproduction of Mother of God Enthroned, created by a brilliant stained glass artist Peter Hemmel von Andlau, from the Nonnberg monastery in Salzburg dated around 1480. Its not an exact reproduction, I have repaired a lot of the damage that has happened over the centuries, brightened up the colours and combined it with another of Peter Hemmels works that of of St Catherine and added two angels to set the scene. I hope this is a wonderful addition to Christmas. This design could easily be adapted to tapestry.

FABRIC: Use any colour Zweigart Aida fabric or alternative as it is full coverage or use black fabric and leave out the black stitches to give a richer texture and depth:

THE CHART DOCUMENTS
Most charts are split in to four equal sections (larger charts into more sections, 6 , 9 and 12 pages) and enlarged onto A4 Letter on 10×10 graph paper. To make stitching easier the first section is solid colour blocks, the second part the chart pale colour blocks with black symbols on the top (like in the magazines). The remainder of the pages are black and white symbols, simply pick the section which best suits your eyes (or your printer). The final page is the legend of the 6 strand colours showing the symbols. A separate Patternkeeper raw file is supplied with all charts which is also suitable for Stitch R-XP users.
Should you decide to buy this or any of my charts and you find a problem or you need different size, cloth size or thread manufacturer I would be more than happy to customise a chart for your needs. I am constantly updating and improving the charts over time and will keep you updated with any improvements I make.
